Serving our community for over 30 years.
Agape Community Services, is owned and operated by Ms. Boma Orlumkpo. With over 30 years of experience as a State Certified Aide. Ms. Boma and her team cares for the developmentally disabled, our aging community, and provides workshops in the community. She's been a Medicaid Coordinator for 25 years through the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, and an Associates Degree in Nursing.

Services We Offer
Adult Day Support
Structured daytime programs for adults with disabilities, offering social, recreational, and therapeutic activities in a safe environment.
Participant Directed HPC
Empowers individuals to choose their caregivers and customize services, promoting independence and active participation in care planning.
Homemaker Personal Care
Combines household support and personal care services, including light housekeeping and assistance with daily activities, to create a safe living environment.
HPC Transportation
Provides safe transportation for individuals to medical appointments and daily activities, offering assistance with mobility as needed.
